- All Sales are FINAL.
- At this time, JewelryBoxSales.Com only accepts returns from the United States of America, and Canada.
- Returns are only accepted for damaged goods, manufacturing defects, and wrong items. Returns are not considered for any other reason within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
- Some categories of goods cannot be returned at all. Such will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- All accepted returns are eligible for store credit only. No refunds are made.
FOR PRODUCTS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM:
We advise the customer, whenever possible, to check the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.
Ideally, in case of any damage/discrepancy, please leave a suitable remark at the time of receipt from the courier.
In case the product is damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product has been sent, please contact JewelryBoxSales.com at sales@JewelryBoxSales.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. This time limit is binding and non-negotiable.
Please retain all packaging materials and product/s until a set of processing instructions has been received from JewelryBoxSales.com.
In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email JewelryBoxSales.com at sales@JewelryBoxSales.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Do not ship any product/s back to JewelryBoxSales.com before receiving a confirmation email from JewelryBoxSales.com confirming the return shipment. In case you wish to return a product, please write to us at sales@JewelryBoxSales.com. In the case you are email us with regards to returning a product, your email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you, and where possible images of the defects. Please note that JewelryBoxSales.com shall verify the details of defects/variations of the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of your emails.
All shipping costs of returning the product/s to JewelryBoxSales.com are to be the customer’s responsibility.
All defective products are to be returned to JewelryBoxSales.com in their original condition and original packaging, with invoice included and sealed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation.
- Safe receipt of returned product/s is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- JewelryBoxSales.com shall examine the product/s returned by the customer for such defects/variations as reported by the customer, and ensure that remedial steps are taken immediately.
- In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then JewelryBoxSales.com will offer to make any necessary modifications/alterations at the cost of the customer.
All accepted returns are eligible for store credit only (to be used for future purchases on JewelryBoxSales.com). No refunds are made.
JewelryBoxSales.com will issue a store credit for the paid amount only if the order was damaged prior to delivery, faulty or if a wrong order was sent.
No store credit will be given by JewelryBoxSales.com if the order was delivered in accordance with the color and size selections of the customer while placing the order.
In case the error is found to be due to JewelryBoxSales.com, the product can be replaced or the amount issued as store credit, at the discretion of JewelryBoxSales.com.
In the case of a multi-product order, if for any reason JewelryBoxSales.com is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer will be allowed to select an alternate product of equal or lesser value. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, JewelryBoxSales.com shall agree to either provide store credit (to be used for future purchases on JewelryBoxSales.com), or refund the amount for that particular product/s. The decision to provide a refund lies at the discretion of JewelryBoxSales.com.
The customer can cancel the order within 2 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be accepted after 2 hours.
Whenever credits are issued against the customer’s credit card account, it normally takes up to three (3) business days to be processed. In addition, the corresponding bank may take up to two (2) business days from the date of acceptance to credit the amount in the customer’s account.
The details of the products and product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned on JewelryBoxSales.com are only approximate values, and can vary slightly from product to product.
Many products on JewelryBoxSales.com are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, and as such will result in each product being unique and slightly different from the next. There may be variations in color, imperfections, and embellishment of the actual product against what is shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and capabilities of computer monitors. Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect.
